Early Life and Career

Céline Marie Claudette Dion CC OQ (born March 30, 1968) is a Canadian singer. Dion is the youngest of 14 children born to Thérèse Tanguay and Adhémar Dion in Charlemagne, Quebec. She began singing at an early age and released her first album in French at the age of 13. Dion went on to become one of the best-selling artists of all time, with over 200 million albums sold worldwide.

International Breakthrough

Dion's international breakthrough came in 1990 with her English-language album, "Unison." The album spawned several hit singles, including "Where Does My Heart Beat Now" and "Because You Loved Me." Dion's success continued throughout the 1990s and early 2000s, with popular albums such as "The Colour of My Love" (1993), "Falling into You" (1996), and "A New Day Has Come" (2002).
